Saved Form displays incorrect data in Acrobat Pro vs. correct data in Adobe Reader

I'm working with someone in our company who is having an issue where when they open a completed form in Acrobat Pro (version 11.0.23) the form fields contain data, but it is incorrect.  When they open the same .pdf file in Acrobat Reader, it opens with the correct data in the form fields.  Does anyone know what may cause this, and know steps to resolve it?

If what you are saying is true, then the most likely explanation is that the PDF is corrupted.  Please post the form.

Hello @Thom Parker , thank you for the quick response.  I'll have to see if I can get permission to post the form (I'm not the owner/creater of the file, and it may be subject to compliance regulations).

Correct, And the PDF seems to be corrupted.

It looks like the form originated from outside our company, and likely got corrupted when folks here tried to edit it in Acrobat Pro.  Is there other software that's best for editing & sharing (or perhaps converting) XFA forms, or is Designer 6.5 the only option?
