Saving AI file as preflight pdf x-1a:2001 on ipad

I have a cmyk file that I created on Illustrator for iPad that I need to save as a pdf with preflight preset pdf x-1a:2001 for printing. I don't see an option other than to save as a pdf on the iPad and when I just save it as a pdf the colors are off. What's the best way to do this?

Acrobat Pro on Mac or Windows can do this. 

(There is no colour management on iPad, so you can't judge whether colours are correct. Also, once converted to PDF, no other apps on the iPad are likely to be even close).

I converted the file using Acrobat Pro and exported using the pre-flight presets, but the color still looks wrong. Am I doing something wrong? I'm attaching the pdf and a jpg for color reference.
