Saving Comments from Shared PDF

We're working on a new contract management system, and we're hoping to use the Adobe Share feature to send to our clients outside of our company. However, when we share the PDF and our client adds comments, I am unable to download a version of the PDF to my desktop with their comments. This is vital for me to be able to utilize this system. Any thoughts as to why the comments are not saving?? This is an issue on ALL shared PDFs.

@kristin_1444 I believe you need to download as a commented PDF. On the right-hand pane, look for the "Options" menu or a similar dropdown. There should be an option to "Download with Comments", "Download as commented PDF", or "Export" the document. This action will create a new PDF file on your computer that includes all the comments and annotations that were added during the review process.
