Scan a book page OCR and straighten page

If you happen to have Photoshop, you can attempt to take the warp out or otherwise "straighten" your funky scan and resave a new image to OCR.

Acrobat can do a good job to deskew an image, but the curl is beyond Acrobat's capability. 

about all that really can be done is to destroy the book and feed the page flat on the scanner or however you're getting the pages into the computer.
