Scanner settings

Question

Win 10 / acrobat pro dc / fi-6130 - I can only scan using custom settings, I have to change the settings for every scan. I cannot get custom settings to save. I cannot use "or use predefined scan settings" they will not let me select any of the predefined settings. how do I change and save scanner settings in acrobat. Windows scan settings are set appropriately.

Hi there!

I hope you are doing well!

The name of "Custom scan" will be "Default settings". It will change to "Custom scan" if you go to settings(*) icon at the right of "Default settings", do some changes and save it.

Please make sure that you have the latest driver and firmware of the scanner installed. You can check the latest driver details here.

Also, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Acrobat Pro DC installed 20.006.20042 Planned update, March 17, 2020

Check for any pending updates from the help menu > check for updates. Reboot the machine after updating Acrobat.
