Scanning with a Mac

I have just downloaded Acrobat Pro Dc to my Mac using latest os x. When I try to scan I get "the selected color format is not supported" error. There is nothing I can change in the scanner (Canon TS9100) settings that makes a difference. Anyone know how to fix this?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you are getting the error "the selected color format is not supported" while scanning the document.

 

Would you mind sharing some more information for a better understanding:

 

Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20056 released today. Go to Help > check for Updates. For more information please use the link (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html)

 

You may also try the troubleshooting steps provided in the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-scanner-issues-acrobat.html)

Hi Amal

 

i am trying to scan a document using Acrobat Pro DC (version 2019.021.20049)

Scanner is Canon TS9155

MAC osx version is Catalina version 10.15.1

 

The problem occurs at every attempt...
