scans are black

Thanks for reporting this to us.

When you say scans are black, does it mean the file you scan and save as PDF is black and nothing is readable, or its text/background is black?

If this is happening with the Acrobat and the rest of the other scans, come fine, then check a couple of things:

1- Check the scanner setting: 

2-  Check the display theme. Click on Menu>View>Display theme. Also, go to Acrobat>menu>Preferences>Accessibility and check the document color 

For better understanding, please share the screenshot of the scanned file. Acrobat and OS version
