Script Error Acrobat 2020 char 13687

New Here ,
Nov 14, 2024 Nov 14, 2024

I want to install Acrobat 2020 on a new laptop.

Although I can successfully sign in, I encounter a "Script Error" and can't proceed further.

I'm using a Japanese ver so this is my translation.

Script Error

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line:2

Char:13687

Error:The object does not support the 'assign' property or method.

Code:0

URL:https://delegated.identity.adobe.com/darq/static/main.b0672d3a39922f82eec8.js

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes / No

And there is a blue sign in here but it doesn't work.

I am not very tech-savvy, so I appreciate your help and sorry for my lack of English.スクリーンショット 2024-11-14 155934.pngスクリーンショット 2024-11-14 155955.png

Hi @wise_Dazzle1719,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

Would you mind trying out the steps mentioned below:

Go to Start Menu-> Registry Editor-> path:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2020\Activation

DWORD: IsAcroLicCEFDisabled

Value: 0

Let me know if it works for you.

Hi @wise_Dazzle1719

This should be fixed now. Could you please confirm if you are still getting the issue.

Regards

Ravi
