Scrolling error

Hello! The scrolling speed is very slow. My document is set to automatically open in full-width. I need to press "Fit to Width Scrolling" every time I open a new document for the scrolling to work correctly (if not I have to scroll a lot to move down). When I press "Fit to Width Scrolling" the layout of the page does not change (because it is already set to "Fit to Width"), but the scrolling speed changes to what I have set in Windows. Is this a bug in the program or am I missing a setting? I use Adobe Acrobat from Creative Cload on Windows 8.1.
