Security Settings

I contacted ADOBE customer service seeking help on how to remove the "Security Settings" Hopelessly I tried 3 agents. The last agent arranged a call with a Senior Technician for today from 11:00AM to 12:00PM Central Time. I am still waiting for the call. Their POOR customer service it's UNERVING. I am trying to get local USA HELP. Everytime I call I end it up in INDIA, SMH. The lack of knowledge of the three agent that were "helping me is sad. I share my computer with them and I saw the three of  'GOOGLEING" for answers. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Today I am expecting a call from a "Senior Technician..." 🤷🏼‍♀️
