Seeking digital rights management (DRM) software for pdf document publishing

I'm seeking capability to publish/distribute pdf documents with the following protections; prevent unauthorized viewing, prevent sharing, prevent copying & modifying, stop screen capture, prevent printing or control no. of prints, control expiration y (no. of views, days, fixed date), control revocation of users & documents.

My IT group believes that Adobe Acrobat Pro DC may support all these features.

Can anyone advise?

My search has identified "Safeguard PDF Security by Locklizard" but they have recurring mainteneance charges.
