Selecting text displays text from different page in selected area

When selecting text within a PDF for copying to another document, often the selected section of text displays text from a different page of the PDF, or sometime the selection selection turns black. In below example, first image is document with no text selected, second is with text selected, third is with same text selected but display showing text from another page in the selected area. When issue occurs, unselecting text reverts to the original text. I have tried uninstall & reinstall of Acrobat DC Pro, updated display drivers etc and issues doesn't seem to occur on other machines. Issue is reproducable on any PDF from any source. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue and it's driving me nuts.  If the pdf is image based other layers or images appear.

I've been having this issue for a while, not sure if it's related to the GPU.

I am also having this problem. Updating graphics drivers did not help.
