Hope you are doing well.
Do you hold an Enterprise license for Adobe Acrobat?
If your admin has created labels with pre-defined permissions, you can use these labels on your Acrobat documents.
Alternatively, choose Tools > Protect > Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label.
3. If prompted, in the following screens, enter your MPIP email ID and password to sign in.
4. Click the Highly Confidential > Specific People label and click Apply.
Please refer to the detailed steps mentioned in this help article to know more about sensitivity labels https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/mpip-support-acrobat.html

Update your Adobe Acrobat Pro to the latest version. Acrobat>hamburger icon>help>check for updates
Then install the latest version of the MIP plugin from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/mip-plugin-download.html
Reboot computer and check back.
Your product is fine, but its seems that the resistry changes for the installation of MPIP are not implemented successfully.
Did you try the exact steps given here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/mpip-support-acrobat.html
Once, switch back to Acrobat's old UI and see if you get these lables there.
Thanks,
Akanchha
