Hi @31318324xvwc

Hope you are doing well.

Do you hold an Enterprise license for Adobe Acrobat?

If your admin has created labels with pre-defined permissions, you can use these labels on your Acrobat documents.

  1. Open a PDF document on which you are required to apply an Admin-defined label.
  2. Choose File > Protect PDF > Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label.

Alternatively, choose Tools > Protect > Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label.

3. If prompted, in the following screens, enter your MPIP email ID and password to sign in.

4. Click the Highly Confidential > Specific People label and click Apply.

Please refer to the detailed steps mentioned in this help article to know more about sensitivity labels https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/mpip-support-acrobat.html

Thanks,

Akanchha

I hold the license and in the screenshot you can see in the Protect I cannot see the Microsoft sensitivity label. I have labels for files and emails where I label it but I cannot see those in pdf

That's because you are using Acrobat's New Experience. Introducing the new Acrobat experience (adobe.com)
