Sent File as attachment using mail icon

Good Morning and thank you for reading.

I am using Acrobat Pro (2015) Pro to complete fillable forms, but when I click the mail icon to send as an

attachment after a few popup windows I get the error "Authentication Failed. Please correct username and Password". both of these were checked and rechecked to be correct. Also, checked with my ISP, Comcast.net

for the credentials. Under preferences>email accounts, I am using imap.comcast.net Port 143 and smtp.comcast.net Port 465 and checked 'Use imap Authentication Details'. The result is error ""Authentication Failed. Please correct username and Password" Any insight to my problem.

    Is this method failing after applying updates ?

     

    Was this working before with no problems or are you trying the email as attachment method for the first time ?

     

    Would you mind sharing an example of your PDF or a screenshot ?
