September 21 Update - Unable to print to 11x17 pdfs Acrobat Pro DC - "the document could not be ..

Last week Adobe Acrobat Pro DC updated and now we have multiple users unable to print pdfs in 11x17. We recieve the  "the document could not be printed"...then  "an error occurred..." and then a blank document is created. 

It will print normal in tabloid (which is 11x17) and other sizes fine

Any suggestions?

We have ran "repair installation" and removed and reinstalled with no success.

Seems like it broke a ton of core features with this update. Missing Copy/Paste etc. when right clicking after pressing "edit" button. No selection box while clicking and dragging. Print to pdf error. Ruining our business currently. We are loosing so much time and getting very behind due to this update.

Same problem here. Cannot print in tabloid but other size is ok. 
Big problem for us!!!!!

I uninstall and reinstall and nothing was fixed.
Let me know if you find a solution. 😞

Problem is that directs me to update to 21.007.20095

As I've said. I have 21.007.20095

I have a files that I printed last year without issue and this year I can't print. It's that simple. I printed them this summer also, but can't print them this fall. The update did something to the print routine. I can (and have to) use other PDF printers to print certain files. This isn't right.

Try changing from Auto orientation to landscape or portrait. It has helped with some files. See more here:
