Serial number for the purchased Acrobat Pro DC 2017 Student Edition is invalid

I have purchased Acrobat Pro DC 2017 Student Edition EN MAC via the website Nandusoftware.eu

My Case Number: 0222389765

I have received an email from Adobe with a serial number but when I start the installation and type in (or copy in) the serial number, I get an error saying it is invalid.

How do I solve this?

Yes it is solved now.

It boiled down to downloading the 2015 edition instead of the 2017 (which was done by one of your operators whom I allowed taking over my computer remotely)

However not clear to me why the 2017 did not work as all my system requirements were satisfactory.
