serial number invalid

My laptop has expired so I am trying to download Acrobat X Standard onto my new laptop. In my 'Products' section of my Adobe account I have two versions registered, 8.0 and 10.0, with their serial numbers. When I download Acrobat X standard from Adobe, the opening screen suggests it is the pro version (the download file tells me it is standard). My problem is that it tells me that both my serial numbers are invalid. How can I get Acrobat X working on my new laptop (I don't want to upgrade or pay again for something that I had).

download the correct installation file.  it says std,

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

Updates

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
