Serial Number is Valid according to support Acrobat Xi won't install

I purchased a new computer, when I went to install Acrobat PRO XI, it said my serial number was expired or invalid. I checked with Customer Support and they told me it was a good serial number. Adobe Acrobat XI won't take it what do I do?

Also Adobe Acrobat XI is an old and EOL application. It may or may not work with latest Win/MAC OS. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html

Unfortunately, Amal, your information was not helpful. I found the license to upgrade from Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, and went through the installation process; Adobe Acrobat XI installed succesfully. I realize the product is EOL, I use it all the time and I see no reason to upgrade from a perpetual license for a annual subscription, Acrobat XI is perfect for what I use it for. Additionally, it works great with Windows 11, I have had no issues. Thank you for your response.
