Guten Abend,

durch einen PC-Wechsel (Windows) bekomme ich Adobe Acrobat Pro nicht mehr neu installiert, da ich die Meldung bekomme, dass die Seriennummer bereits verwendet wird. Kann man mir die Seriennummer wieder freischalten?

Das Program erlaubt die gleichzeitige Installation auf zwei Rechnern. Wenn man es auf einem dritten Rechner nutzen möchte, dann muss man die Aktivierung von wenigstens einem Rechner aufheben.

Ich habe dasselbe Problem und auf meinem "alten" Computer Adobe Pro deinstalliert und kann trotzdem das Programm auf meinem Neuen nicht installieren. Schon bei Installation mit Acrobat Setup werde ich nach einer SNR gefragt. ich gebe die (kopierte nicht abgeschriebene) SNR ein und erhalte den Hinweis, dass es keine gültige SNR sei. Adobe Help habe ich schon "gelöchert" ohne eine funktionierende Lösung zu erhalten.
