Is it possible for me to check if anyone has downloaded a file from my Adobe Cloud using the link I provided?

Hi @Walter22319261ir8e

Thanks for your question!

At this time, Adobe Document Cloud does not provide download tracking or view analytics for shared file links. While you can share PDFs and other documents via a public or restricted link, there’s currently no built-in feature that allows you to see who has accessed or downloaded the file.

If you need tracking capabilities, here are a few alternatives:

  • For more control and insight, consider using Adobe Acrobat Sign workflows, which offer status tracking (for e-signed documents).

  • Alternatively, you can use third-party cloud storage platforms (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive) with link analytics or access logs, depending on your needs.

We appreciate your feedback—this kind of input helps us prioritize features that matter most to users. You may use this feature request forum to share this request directly with the Product team: https://adobe.ly/3RG0ziY;

Let us know if you have any other questions!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
