Shared Review PDF is prompting for ownership dialog

We are using shared review PDF and one of our user facing the below issue, the user marked correction in the PDF still yesterday, but from today user is getting the below popup message and the user comment has lock symbol, kindly guide to analyse the root casue of the issue
