Shared Review questions

Hi,

I am trying to share some PDFs with colleagues in a shared review using Adobe Cloud.

The steps I follow:

  • Open the PDF.
  • Click Send for comments.
  • Add the recipients, set a deadline.

 

A few questions have come up from the reviewers.

  1.  Is there a way to change the deadline? I haven't been able to find a way.
  2.  Is there a way to close the review? Or just simply unshare it?
  3.  Is it normal that the shared document does not appear in the Tracker?

    Hey Amal,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I've already visited the page you linked.

    As I stated, I'm using Adobe Cloud to share documents for review. Most of the page you linked is only about sharing with a network folder.

    So I'm guessing

    • review deadline cannot be changed when using Adobe Cloud
    • a review cannot be closed when using Adobe Cloud

    We are sorry to hear that, would you mind sharing the complete workflow/steps you are doing to share the document for review via document Cloud? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.
