Hi markush75318234,

On our end, the comments open fine. Please try changing the Commenting preferences as shown in the screenshot below.

Check if that changes anything.

If that doesn't help, please share a screenshot of the settings on your end. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers. Additionally, please check if this issue occurs with all PDFs on which you add comments. We will get this checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi markush75318234,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please try toggling the comment settings under the application preferences.

- In Acrobat, go to Menu > Preferences > Commenting.

- In the Preferences window, select Commenting under the Categories.

- On the right-hand, try changing the settings.

For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3LQfWp0

If that does not help, please share the screenshot of how the comments appear currently and the Acrobat version number in use. We will check and suggest the correct steps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi markush75318234 ,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. In the comment pane at right, click on three dots and select Expand all.

Check if that works.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hallo

Markus
