Question

Sign in for Professional app on Surface Pro

Good morning,

I have had the bug for a while andd have not been able to figure out a cure. I have a licensed copy of Professional.  I have loaded the program on my PC at home and my Surface Pro 9.  The copy on my PC shows the login information on the upper right corner on my monitor when I use it. My hurdle is on my Surface Pro. I can use the program without a hitch and works great. For some reason, the Sign In at the upper right corner will not allow me to sign into my account.  I have asked this question before and time has passed on me before I was able to resolve the issue.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Doug

Hi @doug815

Hope you are doing well.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to sign in on your Surface Pro? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity.

We are here to help, but we need more information.

Good afternoon Amal,
The complication I am experiencing is that when I open and run Adobe Professional on my Surface Pro, I go to the upper right corner to log in under the sign in area and it is greyed out and will not allow me to log in.
I have no issues logging into my pc in the same manner.  For some reason I cannot log into my Surface Pro.
Am I missing something?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times.  Program works well and I havent experience any issues.
Thanks

I do not know if this helps but, if I go to Adobe website and login it does show my profile connected (second png) but if I go through the shortcut I dragged in from my apps menu, I cannot sign into my account (1st png)
Any help or opinion would be appreciated.
Thanks
Doug

Hi there

If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
