Sign-in process uses Internet Explorer which is being deprecated

We've recently run into problems because the 'Sign-in' button inside Adobe DC Pro uses an Internet Explorer process, and our organisation has blocked IE due to it being antiquated and insecure. So when we try to sign-in, the popup window doesn't load, preventing users from using the app.
We have a workaround in place which was to allow the Adobe URLs through the block policy, however this is not sustainable. With Microsoft due to retire IE completely in June 2022 - are Adobe apps that require sign-in just going to be rendered unuseable after this? What is Adobe doing to address this issue? In 2022, months after Adobe announced end of their support for IE in Adobe Online Services, it is crazy to see that their flagship app still uses IE and that there's no option to just use your default browser for the signin!
