Sign transactions through Acrobat Pro DC

I have seen varying information in different places about what counts as a Sign transaction - if sending a document to multiple signers, does it count for that number of transactions? Also, is it true that even if a document is never sent out (only drafted) that transactions are still used? This does not seem right. 

 

My biggest question, though, is whether there is a place Acrobat Pro DC subscribers can look to see how many transactions their account has used. This seems like a very straightforward need for users to keep track of, but I can't find a reference to where this information might be.

Hi Amal,  thank you for your suggested links. It looks like up to 10 users can sign on a single transaction for single-user accounts, which is great to know. However, the reporting feature in the first page you linked appears to be exclusive to Adobe Sign Business/Enterprise. I am asking about the transactions that Acrobat Pro subscribers are allotted each year as part of their subscription. Is there a place online where individual subscribers can check how many of their annual transactions have been used? If this is not a currently available feature, is it on the road map to be added at some point? 

 

I am also curious about what the experience would be for anyone who unexpectedly runs out of transactions (which can't be that uncommon, if there is really no way to track individual usage). Will they be offered a choice to purchase more transactions in advance of their subscription renewal date?

Adobe Sign's Use Limitations for Individual and Small Business plans purchased via Adobe.com is 150 transactions per user per year as shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

 

The option to check the numbers of transactions remaining for a year is yet not available. You may submit your feedback with the engineering team using the link https://acrobat.uservoice.com/
