Question

Signature jpeg upside down

Hi

Is it possible to re-orient a signature jpeg. I've editted the jpeg and revolved it through 180, and saved as a different version, but either jpeg always appears upside down when selected and I can't find a way to revolce it. Any suggestions please

Saving as .png did not work for me. My workaround was to turn the document upside down and then apply the esignature. Saved it and when it is reopened it was right-side up and looking good.

What did you use to rotate it? JPEG files have an internal "rotation" property in their EXIF metadata. You should make sure the editor you use doesn't just change this property, but actually rotates the image itself.

I've got the same issue.  The problem is that when I imported my signature jpeg, Adobe automatically "optimized" it and flipped it upside down.  When I import it right side up, Adobe flips the signature upside down.  If I import it upside down, Adobe leaves it alone.

Try saving it as a PNG instead of a JPEG. Do NOT rotate it using Windows File Explorer.
