Sorry to hear you are having trouble with Acrobat.

Could you let us know what happens when you are trying to open pdfs in Acrobat? Is there any error message?

Try rebooting the machine if you haven't already and check if that resolves the issue. Also, try the steps given in the following forum thread (under correct answer) which worked for many users: Unable to View PDF's Other Than Full Screen Mac

If that doesn't work, try troubleshooting steps given in this link: Can't open PDF

Will anybody on Adobe team answer me??? I can't work like this!! clients are waiting for PDFs!!!!!!
