Sorry Something Went Wrong - WINDOWS 10
I'm an Adobe employee. Had corrupt version of Adobe on Windows 10 machine. Uninstalled completely. Bought perpetual license for personal use. Installed and entered serial #. Got to sign in page and signed in successfully. Got message "you can now close this browser and go back to application".
BUT, the application shuts down every time, and gives the error message "Sorry Something Went Wrong".
Can anyone help?
