Specifying text alignment in text field fillable form

I am trying to create a fillable form menu where food items can be entered daily. I need the text in the fillable fields to be aligned to the center when food items are typed in. I have been unable to find how to do this seemingly simple formatting option. Please assist.

When you look at the properties dialog for a form field, there is an "Options" tab with an "Alighment" option:

Select all of the fields by dragging cursor over then while in form editing mode. Right-click one of the fields and select properties. In the options tab under Alignment, select Center.

Good Lord. I must have opened it a different version of Acrobat because those options did not appear when I was in Create a Form mode prior. You sent some magic. Thank you.
