Stempel mit Textfeld erstellen

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin am verzweifeln. Ich suche schon den ganzen Tag nach einer Lösung jedoch finde ich nicht das richtige...

Ich möchte einen Stempel erstellen, der vorgefertigte Textfelder enthält. Wenn man das Dokument stempelt, muss der User nur noch ins Feld reinklicken und füllt dann Sachen wie z.B. "Datum und Ort." ein. Ich weiß, dass z.B. das Datum von Adobe selbst automatisiert hinterlegt werden kann. Jedoch habe ich noch zusätzlich Informationen die Adobe nicht von alleine einfügen kann.

Theoretisch kann man den Umweg gehen, den blanko Stempel einfügen, danach das nächste Werkzeug Text bearbeiten und die Texte (! insgesamt 5 Zeilen) nacheinander einfügen. Jedoch ist der Sinn hinter dem Stempel den Arbeits"aufwand" zu optimieren und es leicht zugänglich für die Mitarbeiter im Büro zu machen. Optisch sieht das ganze dann meist auch nicht super aus, weil alle Textfelder unterschiedlicher übereinander positioniert sind und unterschiedlich groß sind Habt ihr Vorschläge?

You can't do it like that. Fields in a stamp are flattened when it is applied.

The solution is to prompt the user to enter the text at the moment they apply the stamp.

To do that you would need a script, though. This issue was discussed here many times in the past. Try searching for "dynamic stamp".

There are two ways to do this, which are too complicated for me to explain here. If you are interested in me developing either of the following solutions (for a fee), message me by clicking my avatar and then clicking the message button.

1) An "editable" dynamic stamp. The user applies the stamp which contains a popup dialog with all the fields. The stamp is applied. The next user reapplies the stamp from the menu, and the dialog fields the first user filled out are defaulted in the dialog (they can be locked if desired). The second user completes additional fields and the "new" stamp replaces the old. This process continues for additional users (if applicable)

2) A stamp that places form fields on top of the stamp image on the document when the stamp is applied from the stamp menu.
