Hi jssaxon508,

There is no option to draw a line, but you can draw a line using Line draw tool: Use annotation and drawing markup tools to add comments in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader  And using Guide and Rule you can a straight line. Let us know if that helps.

Add Text. Type either hyphen - or undeline _. Play around with colours, fonts etc. I often use font Arial Black font. size 36.

There is since the date of the above reply.  Go to Comment>Drawing Tools>Line.  You will be able to draw a straight line.  The old grid method doesn't work any longer.

Not all options are available in Acrobat Reader for iOS.
