stuck on infinite load screen on website

Using PDF merger on website, was relatively simple the first time before I was required to make an account, after making account, every time I try to go to the merge website, I'm immediately redirected to
https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/combine-pdf?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=c...
and stuck on a blank page with a loading circle for an indefinite period of time. I'm unsure how to fix this, or why this only occured once I made an account, but I just wanna do the simple task of merging pdf pages together, I don't wanna have to download anything. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I hope you're doing well, and I appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance.
It can be quite frustrating when you encounter browser issues but don't worry, we'll try to resolve this together. Here are some steps you can follow to tackle the problem:
-
Clear Cache Memory: To start, let's clear the cache memory of your web browser. This often helps in resolving performance issues.
-
Reset Your Browser: If clearing the cache doesn't do the trick, you can try resetting your web browser to its default settings. This can often resolve underlying issues. You can usually find this option in the browser's settings menu.
-
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, it's a good idea to test if the issue is specific to your current browser. Try using a different web browser to see if the problem still occurs.
-
Use Incognito Mode: If you're using Google Chrome, you can also try using the "Incognito Mode" to browse. This mode runs a separate session without extensions and cached data. It can help determine whether browser extensions or settings are causing the issue.
Remember to restart your browser after these steps to see if the problem has been resolved.
Let us know how it goes.
