Subscription canceled immediately after redeeming Amazon prepaid code

Hi everyone!

My Acrobat Pro DC credit card based subscription was expiring so I decided to purchase an annual code from https://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Acrobat-Pro-DC-Subscription/dp/B06XX3X6YJ

I redeemed the code and then ended up canceling my subscription in the account because it was showing that it would charge my credit card the next day anyway despite me having redeemed the code. Now I cannot access Acrobat DC at all as I apparently have no subscription and it says I have already redeemed my code at https://creative.adobe.com/redeem/acrobat

What do I need to do to get this working?

As per the description mentioned, you bought Acrobat Pro DC annual code and redeemed the code but unable to use Acrobat Pro DC on the machine, is that correct?

If you have already used the redemption code, try locating the serial number for Acrobat using this link: Find your serial number

If that doesn't work, please contact support using this link: Contact Customer Care
