Subscription Invoice Automation

Is it possible to have my monthly subscription invoice automatically emailed to me, instead of me logging in to my account and manually downloading it?

You may need to contact Adobe Customer Support directly using the virtual chat, as I didn't find an option myself to do that through the user account.

Thank you, I thought that would be the smartest way to resolve this, but how?  I've been looking for such a chat process but can't find one on the site.  I've also called the 1800 number several times without getting to talk to someone.  Where do I access the virtual chat?  Many thanks for responding.
