Suddenly Acrobat DC wont open

Three days ago, Acrobat just stopped launching. I click on the icon,  and the cursor "thinks" for a second, then stops, and nothing happens. I have already tried repairing and reinstalling Acrobat, the whole CC app, and all the programs with no success. I'm out of ideas here; by the way, I'm using windows 11.

Update 2. Rebooted in safe mode with online capabilities and an Acrobat CEF error popped up. I attach a screenshot. @AkanchhaS8194121

Update 3: I've just updated windows 11 to the 22H2 version, and the problem is solved. Have no idea what was it,

Hi all. About 3 weeks ago, Acrobat stopped converting PDFs to Jpeg images, then about a week after that its stopped loading completely. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times now. It works initially, then wont load again the next day. I cant find anything on these forums to fix the problem, none of it makes sense, and adobe doesnt seem to offer any support for my subscription.

Hi @vicveco

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Since you have already tried repairing the application and uninstall-reinstalled the Acrobat with CC.

Please try the below method:

1- Reboot your computer.

2- Close the CC desktop app.

3- Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi Akancha, thank you for your answer.

I did exactly as you suggested, but unfortunately, it didn't work—same error, the cursor changes as in loading and nothing.
