Everyone I speak to at apple tells me to contact adobe so here I am. I recently upgraded from a macbook pro 2015 to a new macbook air and had the data transfered over so that I could continue my homework etc where I left off. I have had nothing but isses including none of my adobe applications working or downloading including creative cloud. It never give an error code just shuts the windows/application. No idea what is going wrong.

Hi @Rachel38515627ro4r

Sorry for the delayed response and troubled experience.

It is not recommended to transfer Adobe applications from the old machine to the new machine using data transfer. The application's licensing is linked to the machine ID, etc. It is highly recommended to uninstall all Adobe applications from the new machine and reinstall them from scratch, which should fix the issue.

Should you have more questions, please feel free to reach out.
