Table Editor Not Aligned: Excel to PDF Conversion

Hello, 

After converting from Excel to PDF, I receive a "table header cell has no associated subcells" error in PAC 3.0. When opening the table editor to define the scope of my header cells, the grid lines from the table editor are not aligned with the actual table and therefore, I cannot use the table cell properties to define the scope. 

Is there a way to fix the alignment issue? 

I tried to manually define the scope for each table header via the tag element properties box in the /A <<Dictionary>> but that also did not seem to work.
