Text alignment issues on creating PDF from Word file

Hi,

We are already using adobe version 2015. We are planning to do migration new adobe version 2020. as first step while converting the word document(Image of Word document) to PDF ( image under PDF Format) in the new 2020 version, I found some alignment issues Can you help me whether any configuration is missing ?

As per your description above, you find some alignment issues when converting word file to PDF.

We did check the screenshot shared above and it may be font specific issues. Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with every file you convert?

Would you mind sharing the sample PDF so we can check it at our end? Also, please share the Acrobat complete version number and OS on the machne.

Hi,

1) yes, it is happening for all the files

2) the microsoft word - which i use is word 2013

3) I have Microsoft windows 10 pro X64 bit
