Text Box initial font size when Font Size is Auto

When entering information into a Text Field on a PDF Form where the Font Size for that field is set to Auto, the initial font size is so small you can barely read what is being typed.  Is there a way to set the initial font size for a Text Field when the Font Size for that field is set to Auto ?
