Text merging issue in PDF

Hi,

In our office, we are facing the space issues while copying the content using Acrobat Professional from PDF and paste in to another app like notepad, texteditor, and illustrator. Refer below screenshot.

But the spacing issue is not present in older version of Acrobat product such as Adobe Reader 11 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. Refer below screenshots.

Note: PDF created from LaTex with hyperref

Please let me know how to avoid this kind of mismatch in PDF.
