The 'add text comment' cannot be moved

It is so so so so so so hard to trigger the move command of the add text comment.

Hi Yang

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to move the text comment

 

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and its working fine. please try the following steps:

 

Once you select the text comment as shown in the screenshot, just move the mouse cursor on the outline so that it changes to  four directional arrow and then holding the left mouse button drag the comment as desired.

 

Also would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat /Reader DC and the OS you are using ? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 20.13.20066 (Windows Only) installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computr once.

Yes. My adobe acrobat is uptodate.

Sometimes it is indeed could be moved as my screen record video which you could see as follow. But it is sososososo sensitive. As you can see, the cursor change from four directional arrow to text input cursor again and again.
