The left side menu column is empty

Hi, for a few days now, when I click on "Modify" or "Add a stamp", the left column of the menu opens but is totally empty, impossible to select anything. Anyone has an idea of what's wrong and how to fix it? TIA!

Bonjour, quand je clique sur "Ajouter un tampon", la colonne de gauche où le menu et les tampons disponibles apparaissaient avant est VIDE (toute blanche). Idem pour la rubrique "Modifier", "Convertir", "Signer" et ce, depuis quelques jours. Une idée de solution ? Merci !

There actually is a "solution" to the left column being blank. I was on with Tech Support for about 40 minutes. It turned out that if you're in the old version and then go into the new version and then try to use one of the tools TOO SOON, it will not be ready for such an action and shows "blank." If you count to 10 (or some other time waster), it will populate just fine. 

 

This was put onto a list for things to be fixed, but so far it does not appear to be.
