The signature verification method seems to have changed

Our company had a signed document before that was verifiable, and the verification result was valid. However, after upgrading to the latest version of Acrobat, the verification result now shows as unknown. Previously, during verification, there was a progress bar in the bottom right corner, indicating the checking of CRL, but the new version no longer performs this check. Since this document is important to us, I'm wondering why there has been a change in the signature verification method. Is the signature verification result still reliable after this change?

Please tell us in detail, e g. using screen shots, what information on that signature and its validation are displayed in the signature panel and the signature properties.

Also, are you sure that the issue is related to the Acrobat version? Do you have some computer that still is running an older Acrobat and have you checked the signature on that computer again after the issue occurred on the updated Acrobat?

I ask because it could simply be that some certificate used in the signature has reached its validity end date making the signature unverifiable, and this merely coincided with the Acrobat update.
