The tools in Acrobat are apparently not included in my current license?

I have not changed anything and pay for the full creative cloud. I also cant not get onto any of adobes help centres via chat or by phone. I am in Australia.  I have been trying to fix this for days with no help. I have uninstalled all programs and the cloud. The restarted my mac computer and reinstalled all programs. I have no problem with Indesign, illustrator or photoshop..... PLEASE HELP ME IM GOING TO GO CRAZY

Hey MiraLetterB,

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

We see that you have Creative Cloud Teams membership, which definitely includes all the CC apps along with Acrobat DC. So there shouldn't be any trouble accessing its Tool.

Make sure you have Acrobat DC installed on your computer not the free version Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. As suggested above, you can simply Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat to see the exact version.

Also, following the link: Contact Customer Care you should be able to get in touch with our support team via Phone/Chat.

yes its installed and i can view files but when i go to use any tools it says i dont have a license.... weird

open acrobat > click help > click about acrobat.
