Time field properties in the acrobat (XI) form

I have created a time field in my form. I want to allow the Users to select the numbers for hours and minutes in 24 hour / HH:MM format.

Please select 'Format Category' as "Time" and select "HH:MM" as time options, via in Form Field Properties.
