Time stamp on comments

I was wondering if it's possible to see the exact time stamp on comments that weren't made on the same day. I know it is visible if you hover over the date but I don't want to hover over every comment. I want to see the exact time on every comment without having to hover over the date.

Please help if you can

I am interested in finding resolution to this as well. Some of my users have transition to the latest version and this disrupts their workflow to no longer be able to readily see the date for each comment.
