TITANIC hand written letter

Hi forum friends. 

I live in the Captain of the Titanics house.

Imagine how fab to find this handwritten letter addressed to his daughter Mel. Addressed to my home 17 Marine Crescent Waterloo.

It almost feels personal.

I was so excited to find this online.

I would love love love to be able to enhance this to make the words and drawing clearer.

Is there an amazing, talented person on here that could help me or guide me?

I have an email asking did I get the help needed, tried to respond but its a no reply mailbox  if anyone reads this, I did not get help and would still love help to enhance this 100 year old letter

that email was more likely a scam than genuine help.
