It's January 2024 and this issue is still occuring. In fact there seems to be no rhyme or reason when this happens and even goes back and forth in the same session if one re-opens the document.
This issue is still around, and has been for a couple of years. I must ask therefore: What does it mean when you say "is aware of this issue and working on the fix"? Any ETA for this elusive "fix"?
As the issue still occurs, we would like to investigate it further. We would require a bit of information so we can share it with the team. It would be helpful if you could share the following information:
- Share the current Acrobat and OS version on the machine.
- Let us know if this started on your end recently or if it was there before.
In the Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics dialog box, select Advanced logs, and then select the following options: Acrobat process monitor: Gather currently running Acrobat processes using Procmon. Systems apps information: Gather installed Acrobat version information.
